Hayden Panettiere currently stars in the popular NBC Television drama “Heroes” as an indestructible high school cheerleader. The series is already a qualified critical and audience hit and was nominated for a 2007 Emmy Award in the Outstanding Drama Series category.

Panettiere recently completed filming “Fireflies in the Garden” opposite Julia Roberts, Willem Dafoe and Emily Watson. Prior to that role, she portrayed a competitive ice skater in “Ice Princess,” a jockey in “Racing Stripes” and a cheerleader in “Bring It On Yet Again.” She co-starred in the Lifetime original movie “Lies My Mother Told Me” opposite Joely Richardson, and had a lead role in the feature film comedy “Raising Helen,” directed by Garry Marshall. Other film credits include “Joe Somebody,” “Remember the Titans,” “Message In a Bottle” and “Object of My Affection.”

Panettiere is an Ambassador for the ICUN Wildlife Foundation, an organization that helps to raise funds to save endangered species. She also recently joined forces to save the whales through the Whaleman Foundation.
