Family Room an Oasis of Calm

When Alison’s son, Harry, was receiving treatment at a hospital in Bristol, England, she found respite in a Ronald McDonald Family Room. She says it gave her time to relax amid the hectic hospital environment.

Mobilizing Early Detection

The Ronald McDonald Care Mobile program of RMHC Poland has been teaching physicians, parents and caregivers the importance of diagnosing childhood cancer in its earliest stages. They hope to increase childhood cancer detection and improve treatment.
